Make sure your taxi company is licenced with the local Council...
ETA Travel strictly adheres to the rules and regulations in place to operate as a 'Private Hire Operator' set out by Lincoln City Council.

Be happy that the driver is a safe driver and knows the route...
All our drivers WILL be smartly presented, have a clear understanding of the English language and an enviable knowledge of the motorway network, getting you to your destination with the least amount of fuss.

Make sure the vehicle is safe, clean and roadworthy...
All ETA Vehicles are regularly maintained and frequently undergo a strict 'Private Hire Passenger Vehicle' examination and test by an approved VOSA testing station.

What if the vehicle breaks down...?
In the unlikely event of problems to the vehicle during your journey ETA are fully covered by a comprehensive breakdown and recovery service.

If they are not licenced, they won't be insured!
ETA Travel Solutions have a comprehensive vehicle and public liability insurance which covers passengers and their luggage whilst travelling in the vehicle.

Medical Health and Criminal Records check..?
All ETA drivers have passed a medical and have had a criminal records bureau (CRB) clearance check.

WE WILL ALWAYS ADVISE YOU ON THE ESTIMATED JOURNEY TIME, ALL WE ASK IS THAT YOU ARE REALISTIC ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF TIME NEEDED TO GET TO YOUR CHOSEN DESTINATION AND IF HEADING TO AN AIRPORT ALLOW PLENTY OF TIME TO CHECK INTO YOUR FLIGHT.

IF YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY CHANGES TO YOUR FLIGHT PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
